4.12.2008 The Israeli Registrar of Patents (the “Registrar”) disqualifies Australia from the list of countries relevant to article 17 (c) in the Patents Law (the “Law”).
In a recently published notice, the Registrar, Dr. Meir Noam, has notified the public that Australia will be removed from the list of countries in which the granting of a patent expedites the filing process for the corresponding application filed in Israel.
