Daniel Freimann, Advocate, Notary, Patent Attorney and Mechanical Engineer, who has a long and immense experience in the IP world of theory and practice in Israel, founded this firm over 3 decades ago,
Before the establishment of this firm in 1974, Adv. Freimann served as a Chief Patent Examiner in the Israel Patent Office, and then had spent 5 years in the electronics industry.
Adv. Freimann has had the honor in participating in cases that became leading legal precedents in the patent practice (including business methods) and other IP related areas as well.
Adv. Freimann was the first to publish in Israel a comprehensive textbook on Israel Patent Law. The book has been frequently cited by the Patent Office as well as by courts in all instances, including the Israel Supreme Court.
In addition to running his successful practice, Adv. Freimann also devotes his time to help train the next generation of IP lawyers inIsrael, serving as a Guest Professor at the “Technion”, the Israel Technology Institute in Haifa, and at the Academic College of Law’s IP and Technology Law leading programs.
